Close Reading of Sonnet 97: A description of such a one as he would love

Lines 1-3: Explain how he loves how beautiful the girl is and how he feels comforted by her, he does not see her without becoming happy and calm, all of his grief.

Lines 4-5: Show how he can see her feelings through how she looks at him, he can see the rejection already (sober looks/speak without words)

Line 6: describes her beautiful blonde “golden” hair.

Line 7: describes her wit and his enthrall with her

The last lines show how he will get over this girl for a while (Knit again the knot that should not slide)
