My name is Brandon Sookhoo and I am a third year student at York College (CUNY).  I am an English major with an Education minor.  I am very passionate when it comes to reading, writing, acting,  making music and creating fun projects that make me step out from my comfort zone because it makes me expand my knowledge.  In addition, my future endeavor is to be a college professor and earn a Doctorate degree in literature.  (More information about me can be found on the Welcome Everyone! menu option).

My name is Ariana Mahabir and I am a journalist student here at York College.  My dream is to be able to write for the newspaper and work at big news companies.  My favorite past times are reading, writing, spending time with loved ones and playing with my rabbit.  I really love children so in the future I wouldn’t mind working with them either.  My favorite subject in school is English because of my love for reading and writing, which will help me in my future career greatly.

My name is Justin Sam.  People often criticize certain aspects of who I am.  On the inside, I am a hardworking, diligent, all around person to those in need of assistance.  Right now, I am in my final stretch of my senior year at York College majoring in Information Systems Management  (ISM) and doing a minor in Communications Technology.  On the other side, if someone asked me how I am outside of this campus I call myself a comedian who often gets involved in comic relief (slap stick) situations for some reason.

My name is Mohammed Mohsin and I’m a nursing student.  I love medicine and aspire to be a cardiac surgeon in the distant future.  My passion is to help others and make people feel good.  I also enjoy playing sports and spending time with my family and seeing others smile because it brings joy to my heart.
